Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every BabyDreamHaven purchase to feel safe and reassuring. This policy explains when returns and refunds are possible.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of placing the order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as received
Because our products are made for babies, used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- used baby items
- gift cards
- final-sale / clearance items
- digital products
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid labels.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Processing can take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or provider. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will replace the item at no cost, where confirmed.
