We understand that parents want their baby’s items to be delivered quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing can take slightly longer. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to speed delivery.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and local carriers. Standard estimates are:

US / Canada: 5-10 business days

UK / Europe: 5-10 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 7-15 business days

• Rest of World: 7-15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier backlogs.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after it’s issued.

4. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is lost or returned, we may not be able to refund it. If the package returns to us, re-shipping costs may apply.

After shipment, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. A return after receipt of the order is possible according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, we ask for your patience while tracking updates. If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please check with your local post office or neighbours first. We will assist with claims where possible, but BabyDreamHaven is not responsible for theft after delivery.
